Shipping Info

Once an order has been placed, it takes 24 hrs for us to process your order. T-shirt orders will take an estimated 3-5 days for delivery. Some of our items are made to order, such as our shorts, these orders may take a little longer, up to 5-7 days for delivery. 

Some of our inventory is managed by different fulfillment centers. This means your order may be sent out in separate shipments. 

Tracking: 

If your order has been split we will notify you within 24-48 hrs. 

Once tracking has been issued and the carrier(s) have received the order, the package is out of our hands. We are not USPS, FedEx, or UPS, which means we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. If there are issues regarding shipping please reach out to the carrier directly. 

If you have not received tracking within 2-3 days, please reach out and we will address the issue. 

Return To Sender: 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you within 24- 48 hours. We will request an alternative address and attempt to ship the order again. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the second shipping attempt. 

If we do not hear from you within 15 days. We will automatically issue store credit for your items. Per our Refund Policy we can only issue store credit, this does not include shipping costs.

Holiday Shipping: 

We all know Holiday shopping can get a little crazy. During the Holidays, we experience a high volume of orders. We strongly suggest placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance during the holiday season. This also applies for vacations, if you need an item for a specific trip or occasion, please place your order in advance.
